We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments for policy violations or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24–48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges up to the full service fee.
6. Refunds & Product Returns
Services already provided are non-refundable.
Products may be returned only if defective and unused, in line with our Return Policy.
